Bitterly dissapointed with them after using them for many years . Never again will I be messed around for 9 weeks and told lies. I had a warranty problem which I was told had been rejected by Evinrude and they had to build a case and submit it again.
After 6 phone calls and 2 visits to the store to follow up I never recieved 1 return call to advise me of the status of the claim.
Its also very frustrating that I took it to another Evinrude agent who asked me to take the boat in and it was repaired and picked up in 3 days. Now that is customer service and I am sorry Glen after many years and may
