I received an email letting me know photos from a previous review were getting viewed. I followed the link and my past review has been removed....
I think the wait time for 'servicing' was reasonable. But you can hardly call what they do a service, they checked the spring tension and could not service the motor. They could offer to sell me a new one at quite the cost.
I ended up servicing the motor myself ( once I had the time) , and posted a picture here of the motor and model. The issue being the commutator was dirty and the brushes half worn.
I cleaned it up with contact cleaner and a brush
