Our hot water failed on Sunday i spoke to Dave late that afternoon he was very helpful and patient with his advice and his price was excellent John arrived at 10am the next day as promised and by 11am the job was complete so i would have no hesitation in recommending them for your plumbing needs. Dave & John were punctual and efficient in replacing my hot water system.

Like another reviewer I had a good gut feeling about you guys, as a tradesman myself it’s still nice to know that in this day and age there are people out there giving great service, value for money and your pipe work is so neat (you should see how my neighbours continuous hot water system was carried out, pretty poor) and even cleaning up after yourselves. Thank you, thank you, thank you…..

Recently just had our Hot Water service changed through Dave and his team Johnny and Paul. I could not be more satisfied with the service provided by Victorian Hot Water, I was unsure exactly what was needed and they walked through the whole process, it was done so quickly! Had our water heater leaking and called VHW to check, evaluate & give recommendations. But I also called 2 other suppliers just to have comparison. Two of them evaluated that my unit was already 23 y.o. and wiser to replace with brand new, rather than spend to repair and in a few months it will break down again. So why did I choose VHW?

Our 20 year old hot water system started leaking on a Friday night. I rang a local plumber on the Saturday morning and was quoted a small fortune to replace it with a low spec model.
After that I rang John at Victorian Hot Water. Has able to supply and install a much better hot water system for around 1/2 of what the local plumber had quoted me. Better yet the whole thing was done by 10:30am that same Saturday.
A huge thanks to John for the outstanding service and incredibly quick turn around.

Best service from a tradesman I have ever received. My 22yr old hot water system stopped working Friday morning. Found Victorian Hot water on line and they had the best price by $100. Called them at 9am to book the job and they arrive as promised at 10.30am. Dave the plumber removed my old system and installed a new Vulcan 135L. Job was done within the hour and I had hot water again by 12.30pm. Remarkable service.. thank you. Would highly recommend Vic Hot Water.
