John and the team at Sovereign have done a few major renovations for us - both residential and commercial. The design quality is outstanding. We are currently selling our residence which Sovereign renovated in 2010.
Everyone who has inspected cannot believe it is a 10 year old reno. "But it looks brand new" is the common observation. Needless to say, we going with Sovereign to renovate our new home.

Don't waste your time, Sovereign Homes came to quote a disability bathroom renovation, they said the quote would be ready within a few weeks.
Over three months now and still no quote. When i call them they promise to get back to me by the end of the day, they never do. I decided to try them because they are basically at the end of my road, less than 1 Kilometer away. I would rather they just said we don't need the work.

Sovereign Homes is a very reputable company and have been building beautiful homes in the Tarragindi and Brisbane area for families nearly 20 years now. To survive as a reputable business in a small community you have to be good at what you do. Sadly though reviews on Google have been written to discredit this good company, reviews written by people who have no association with Sovereign Homes at all. It is a shame that a great platform like Google Reviews is abused in this manner.

Can't ask for more - these guys are amazing! We were pressed for time to start our reno as bub was almost here. Sovereign Homes were very efficient, offering a one stop shop for everything we needed. They listened to all our requirements and delivered the best quality of work I've ever seen. The work was done on time as they promised and nothing we asked for wasn't too much trouble. The team was so pleasant and reliable. If you're renovating or building new this is the best place to go.

Sovereign designed and built our new home. They were wonderful. John Firrell and John Flatley listened to what we wanted, and delivered a plan that required very little tweaking. Angela was amazingly helpful and encouraging when it came to making all of those choices of internal fittings and colours, and Dayne and his team made our ideas a reality.… Kerry was always cheerful and welcoming and efficient at the front desk. The whole team at Sovereign were great communicators, as well as being innovative, reliable and responsive. You could not do better than trust them to do your renovations
