I found Autorite after being pretty over getting ripped off/taken advantage of as somebody who is relatively illiterate when it comes to cars. Saw a bunch of really positive reviews and haven’t looked back since. When it’s expensive, it is for a real reason and one you were already aware of because they keep you informed about what might, or what needs to happen next service which I really appreciate. Popped in randomly off the street on a wet Friday afternoon with a minor problem but one that left my car unsafe to drive. Received fantastic service and the mechanic (possibly Darren) as well as lady (I'm terrible with names) at reception went well out of their way to squeeze the work in before long weekend

Excellent experience from Darren and the team at Autorite, I was extremely impressed with the service. After calling up I had my car in for service within two days and it was done in under six hours, perfect timing for me to collect on the way home from work in the city location! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! If you want someone honest, contact Darren. He has always let me know pricing options, even letting me know if another supplier has a deal on tyres! If you want someone who is genuine, contact Darren. He is not there to rip off customers. He advises on what may need to done to my car in advance, so I am not in shock with prices and services. If you want someone who cares about you and your car, contact Darren.
