With over 30 years of experience, Gabrielle's extensive skills cover all aspects of urban design, architecture and Expert Witness Services to the Land & Environment Court.
We are an award-winning practice that offers you the opportunity to work across all aspects of development. We are involved in a broad range of projects from revitalising town centres, site specific strategies and masterplans to DA reviews for Councils and guidance of DA designs for private developers.
Gabrielle Morrish has provided expert witness services to The NSW Land and Environment Court in over 250 matters acting on behalf of private developers as well as Councils. Ms Morrish and the GMU team, hold extensive experience in joint conciliation conferencing, mediation and evidence writing on behalf of both applicants and planning authorities.
GMU regularly provides independent urban design and SEPP 65 reviews of development applications on behalf of both applicants and consent authorities in the greater Sydney region. GMU has been engaged to assess applications in developing centres that are experiencing significant transitions such as Burwood, Rhodes, Lane Cove, Willoughby and Chatswood.
