Please get in touch with our practice for further enquiries. Confirmations for your appointment will be sent out 1 - 2 days before your booking and include a checklist and link to exposure sites. Our Staff Report

Dr Jack Guan is a primary eye care provider and a full-scope optometrist graduating with Doctor of Optometry from the University of Melbourne. He has completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Auckland in 2010 in Biomedical Sciences. Jack has undergone extensive training in general areas of ocular pathology, binocular vision and low vision.

Medical and Allied Health Services Report

Our visiting specialist uses our rooms to provide their services to you and operate their business independently to Capital Eye. We are actively seeking other professional and allied health professionals to join our precinct to practice their speciality using our medically-zoned consultation rooms.

If Capitol Eye Care had a 10 star rating, I would give them 10 stars.
Dr. Reynolds and the entire staff are awesome. Thorough exam, clear explanation's, and extremely helpful. I have personally recommended two other families to them so far. They indicated they would be following up with Capitol Eye Care. Thank you to everyone there.
