Worse boat cruise ever !
We had booked for unlimited beer , wine , spirts and a dj for our Christmas party
Soon as we boarded the boat the manager of the boat was already grumpy and very rude and spoke to the crowd like we were all children . With everyone paying 162 pp for unlimited drinks we hadn’t even been on the boat for a hour and they had ran out of most popular drink . The dj wouldn’t let us pick songs even tho we were to before hand that we could play our phones and plug in our own music device . The male and female toilets were blocked the whole night . And to top it for we docked

We had our annual cruise (return customer) on the weekend and once again we could not fault Chris & his team. They were on time & everyone on board had the most amazing time. The food was ample and delicious, with many returning for seconds. John, who was on the bar was a legend, having to put up with all of us on the night. DJ was spot on playing the music for our generation! The boat Aussie Legend was just perfect for our party size with heaps of room to move around and a large undercover area if the weather was unkind!

Booked a Vivid tour to join a few friends, but forgot to check the ratings. My mistake! It's a low budget tour, with a good view on the harbour bridge and the Opera house, but for that, you don't have to be on a boat. The food was pretty bad, but let's be realistic, you get what you pay for. The boat is not a disaster, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Booked a Vivid harbour cruise with my girlfriend for her birthday tentatively after reading all the negative reviews. very cheap ($40 ea). advised my girlfriend to maintain low expectations but that it would be a nice way to see the harbour and lights. it was the last cruise of the light show for GoodTime Harbour Cruises, so i was expecting an even less to be honest.
Was VERY pleasantly surprised. The buffet was ready to go as soon as we hopped on the boat. We joined the very short meal queue and were given plates to load up as much as we wanted. The service staff at the buffet were very friendly

Worst experience we have ever had. We hired the cruise for my friends birthday. They were two hours late. When we eventually boarded the boat the captain was extremely rude, told us off for 15 minutes, never apologised for being late and made some racial slurs towards us.
The boat was old and battered. The power cut off so many times. We were stranded in the harbor in the silent dark.
They served watered down drinks and cold finger food.
The captain was screaming at his staff.
I would strongly advise people to not use this service. Ever.

For the amount of money paid for the Nee Years Eve cruise I was very disappointed, the organisation was terrible, the boat was late, everyone was wondering if we had been forgotten. When we boarded only one drink per person was allocatedso you were unable to get a drink for your partner. So disorganised the crew argued amonst themselves,very unprofessional in my opinion.
