I can not recommend Teresa enough. We came from a bad experience with another accountant and Teresa made me feel right at ease. She was so helpful, understanding, empathetic. I could go on and on. I have used them for a number of years and been happy with the return every time. The staff are also friendly. This year things didn't go as smoothly as i would have liked. They aren't operating out of the office because of COVID-19 even though community transmission is basically non existent and most places are operating out of premises. Everything is being done by email this year. In theory this shouldn't be a problem, but there was little phone contact between the accountant and myself and long email response time when I had a query. I had been expecting my return to be finalised at the end
