Services
We support our clients with caring and understanding staff who have many years of experience working with people with disabilities. We aim to provide the best possible culturally-appropriate support and value for money for our clients. We do this by having all employees trained in cultural-awareness training and being familiar with the local businesses and services available as well as local community organisations.
Whether the disability is physical, intellectual or mental health related, we provide professional, quality and personalised services to support and assist our participants and their families. We also provide specialist services working with Indigenous people as well as for people with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
Services covered under NDIS allow for more independence, community involvement and also promote health and well-being. NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) was created by the Australian Government as a way to help people with disabilities aged under 65, their families and carers have greater access to affordable care and support.
ITEC Youth work closely with community organisations to support children, young people and families in foster and kinship programs. ITEC Youth is dedicated to ensuring children and youth who have entered the statutory child protection service are placed within safe, culturally appropriate, foster and kinship programs.
ITEC Group Australia provide a preventative and proactive approach at rectifying issues within the family structure.
