After trying a few reformer pilates studios, I was so happy to find AWP. Their timetable has so many class times available to work in with busy schedules. The instructors are friendly and very knowledgeable. Most of my classes have always been with Heleena, who is incredible at what she does! I would highly recommend to anyone willing to give it a go!

Adapt with Pilates has changed my life. The exercises have improved my posture and my physical health. I no longer need a knee replacement and feel great and can walk and knee with out pain. I really enjoy coming to the group classes which are paced to suit the participants and their individual needs. The Studio is always clean and inviting and the instructors are wonderful.

Classes are always well structured, fun and safe! Had a bad back for years and finally able to move pain free and feel myself getting stronger. Depending on the style of class I book into, it can be more rehab focus or high intensity work. I love the versatility that is provided and the knowledge of the body the girls have! So glad a gave it a go, I’m now hooked and going 2-3 times per week!
