Duane and his team made the whole process of selling very easy. They were no fuss in their approach and just put in the work to get the properly in front of the right type of people. Continually keeping us in the loop and being the right mixture of positive and pragmatic, we couldn't have asked for more from an agent.
I hereby offer to rent the property from the owner under a lease to be prepared by the agent. Should this application be accepted by the landlord I agree to enter into a residential tenancy agreement. I acknowledge that this application is subject to the approval of the owner/landlord. It was an absolute pleasure working with Duane and his team.
Duane went to above and beyond to get us the best deal possible, working sometimes to late at night communicating with us as we where selling from overseas. They also helped with organising maintaining the property during our absence.

Sale of Apartment in Elanora Heights.
There's good reason why Duane Hunter and his team at Hunter Real Estate Agents, Elanora Heights, has been repeatedly voted #1Agent for the area!!
Not only did he realise a suburb record price for our apartment; he did so whilst managing a triangle of intertwined vendors & purchasers.
And he 'squared' this triangle off, by securing us a First Class rental in the area - which was a caveat of selling.
Hunters also acted as our managing agent, whilst our apartment was an investment property. I've not had a good experience of Managing Agents - be it as a Landlord

I don't normally write too many reviews but thought it worth giving a shout out to Jazmin who assisted with our recent purchase. Jazmin went above and beyond to answer all my questions, contacting the previous owner even after we moved into the property. She responded quickly to all queries and concerns and kept me up to date on proceedings. All with the most pleasant, personable demeanor. You are a credit to the industry and Hunter Estate agents. Couldn’t have been easier
In these difficult Covid times, Duane did an amazing job marketing and selling our house. Starting as a “test the market” situation, and then being lucky enough to have just one open house before the lockdown started, he thought on his feet. The people who bought our house needed to sell theirs. He went around and listed it right away and found a buyer for them really quickly - so three parties in the process. Thank you Duane. Couldn’t recommend you highly enough

We were thrilled to buy from Duane after getting to know him through our search. Duane is a consummate gentleman: always warm and personable, honest and straightforward and a timely and thoughtful communicator. Duane is very patient, and he will replys my enquiries quickly. Because of my long working hours, I usually have to wait until 7.30 in the evening to reply to his phone or email, which caused him a lot of inconvenience. He didn’t complain that. During the whole process of buying a very small apartment, he or his colleagues provided convenience to me many times. If they hadn't done so, I would have given up the idea of buying.
