The hand is one of the most complex features of the human body. When one or more components of the hand do not function properly, or the hand looks abnormal in some way, the consequences can affect nearly every area of your life. Causes of hand issues can include congenital defects, injuries and trauma to the hand.
Dr Thomas has an area of sub-specialisation and interest in the field of toe to hand transfer. The procedure is used to create a new finger or thumb, which aims to improve hand function and appearance. This procedure enables the toe to perform the role of a thumb/new digit and can allow the thumb to perform a pinch grip.
This Palsy can occur as a result of the birthing process, most commonly when a shoulder becomes lodged while in the birth canal. The large network of nerves that run between the neck and shoulder are known as the Brachial Plexus. It is when nerves are temporarily or permanently damaged that reconstructive surgery may be required in addition to physiotherapy to optimise the arm and hand function in the treatment of Obstetric Brachial Plexus Palsy.

I seen Dr Damon Thomas for a scar revision after having my twins via emergency c section, I had a very uneven scar that he straightened up for me and I also had a revision/lift on my 10 year old breast implants that had developed capsular contracture and had become very painful after breastfeeding.
I knew I was in good hands with Dr D as I had done my research and found him to understand my case and he was very honest about the results he could achieve.
My surgery was definitely a very difficult case and Dr D has exceeded my expectations.

Damon is a magician! I could not possibly be happier with my results. The entire experience was outstanding from my initial consult through to my post-op care. My case was complex and while Damon was clear to provide realistic expectations from the onset, he absolutely delivered more than I dared dream. Knowledgeable, professional, and genuine. After having implants done elsewhere and being extremely unhappy. I came to see Damon to discuss fixing my breats.
He listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything in detail. He showed genuine care and above all else he fixed my breats beyond what I could have ever imagined. I didn't think I would ever get my confidence back and because of Damon I have. So greatful for the work he did.

Getting a breast augmentation is something I’ve been wanting to do for years but definitely a decision I didn’t take lightly. I spent countless hours researching plastic surgeons and all my searches lead me back to the same place... dr Damon Thomas at your breast. I can not fault anything, he was very informative from the consultation, to the surgery and right up to the check ups and always just a message away when I had any questions. I had bilateral breast augmentation revision with Mr Damon Thomas 1 year ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
I had some complications from my previous augmentation (different surgeon) and Mr Thomas was able to correct these and leave me with a result even better than we both were expecting.

In April this year I had a Breast Lift performed by Dr Damon Thomas and am thrilled with the whole process and result. From the initial consult to the follow up post surgery, everything was made streamlined. All of the nursing staff at the clinic for my follow ups were so caring and I was made to feel completely comfortable at every appointment.
