The worst courier ever. My parcel was with them since 14 Dec. 2021 I sent several written requests to have it delivered on or before 24 Dec. 2021. Unfortunately, there was no indication that I will be receiving it on time for Christmas. So, I had no choice but to request to pick up my parcel in West Footscray coming all the way from Bendigo.
But in saying all these, I'm happy that their customer service manager was kind enough to facilitate the pick up.

Haven't delivered something to Sydney from Melbourne in nearly a month. Apparently at the same depot for three weeks.
Tried to email/message multiple times, no response weeks later.
I ordered something over a month before Christmas and now it's not coming. It's a bunch of customised calenders that will be useless by the time they arrive.
They are a pathetic company that have ruined my Christmas plans and aren't even professional enough to offer an excuse or an update.
Avoid at all costs.

I have still not received the parcel they have that they received at their depot 8days ago. It seems reading other reviews I will be waiting a while yet if I receive it at all.
My main grievance is the lack of communication. I have tried to contact this company 5 times and am yet to receive a response.
Once again judging by reading other reviews I will not receive a response.
This is such poor (well non existent really) customer service. I don't know how this company still exists.

The absolute worst delivery company. So rude, lost my package for 6 weeks then after it was cancelled in the system, they suddenly found it. Turned up with no prior warning, made no attempt to contact me, refused to take it to the delivery entrance, and instead, dumped it out the front of my building. The agreement was to deliver inside the door which they refused to do. Will not buy from Temple and Webster again unless they change delivery agents.

Tracking revealed my package was in Perth awaiting delivery with a delivery person but it took awhile (several days) for the package to reach me. I became concerned particularly as I had not heard of iCumulus Global Express before and then reading all the negative reviews, I started to stress.
However the package has been safely delivered and I have nothing but praise. I am impressed there was patience with my impatience.

Worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. Checking the tracking status of my order they twice stated onboard for delivery and then unable to deliver despite me being home both days (we were in a lockdown I couldn't go anywhere). No phone calls to attempt delivery. Then the status gets changed to delivered with signature obtained. I didn't sign for anything.
When I contacted them to find out about this all I got in the response was "it has been delivered." I asked where has it been delivered since I didn't sign for it, but it's been two weeks and haven't had a response.

Ive waited over 8 weeks for my item to be delivered. After not receiving any shipping updates for weeks and seeing that it took them 8 days to move my item from one facility to another which was 30 minutes down the road, I finally received a message saying it would be arriving. I watched the driver pull up, look inside the back for a moment and then leave.. then I got a message to say that the delivery was rejected because it was “not loaded”, they then lied to the store (no doubt to cover their incompetence) and said that they rejected my delivery because the driver “couldn’t access the
