Absolutely shocking company. As a company providing a service and dependent on customers they treat their customers like garbage. Agreed window specs on the technical data sheets on the quote didn't match the delivered products, no solutions offered or provided, "you signed and paid, not our problem" Will have many days in VCAT ahead.

Windows seem well made but the winders fail about the 5 year mark. No company support I was just told they are out of warranty.
