Walter is a retired builder/consultant with over 54 years of industry experience now specialising in ventilation. He has designed the extensive range of non powered ventilators for domestic home use to help solve dampness, mould, and poor air circulation in your home. Take advantage of Walter's extensive knowledge to assist you with your ventilation concerns.
RiteFlo self-propelled underfloor ventilation fans can be fitted in small cavities onto the sides of your house or unit block. The sub-floor ventilation fans don't require any power. They produce air flow with the slightest breeze or air pressure (hot inside/cold outside), and so there's no need to power them via electricity or a solar connection.
Bathroom ventilation is incredibly important to prevent unsightly mould and grime. Bathrooms can produce mould and mildew anywhere that harbours warmth and moisture. It is the perfect environment for bacteria to grow. The humid air and damp environment encourage bacteria to grow around your taps, in the corners of your shower and over tiles, around the mirror and on the ceiling.
Bad odours when you open rooms or when you open cupboard doors can be a sure fire sign of poor ventilation. Black spots on the back of cupboard doors or on ceilings are generally how you detect mould spores and they'll grow and spread very quickly in the right environment. RiteFlo can help with a complete solution for home ventilation to improve the airflow and keep you and your family healthy.
In the Southern hemisphere, we tend to have less sunlight on South facing aspects of our homes so these areas can be problematic. South facing walls with no windows tend to be colder to touch, they can also feel damp especially in the cooler months. South facing walls that have gardens or lots of vegetation blocking sunlight will always be cooler also.

After waiting a long time to venture into this type of renovation we found it delivers everything they promised. Very professional workmen protected our contents & cleaned up afterwards. It took less than two weeks to notice the difference inside the house from the underfloor ventilation. Highly recommended.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I'm an electrical contractor, every now and again you come across a product that is just BRILLIANT. From the way it is designed and the quality of the product. I have used Riteflow self propelled ventilation fans and damp rods on numerous jobs. I use both of these products in my own home too.

Very happy to recommend this service to everyone! Have had a history of mould on my south wall which had two existing small static vents. So investigated the possibility of fan vents to to aerate both the wall cavity and the cupboard on the inside. Peter quoted and explained that the vents would be a good solution to the mouldy south wall. I accepted the very reasonable quote and Peter came promptly and on time. He did a sterling job and cleaned up afterwards. I am very happy with the result - the vents work perfectly and they look good too. Thank you Riteflo!!

I had four RiteFlo ventilation units installed in my children's bedrooms (two in each) about three months ago and I can definitely say that their rooms are no longer smelling musty or stuffy when you walk in. The most convenient feature of the unit is that the children can close it when it gets too cold during Winter and open it again if they need more fresh air. Opening and closing the unit is just a tug on the strings that hang off the unit (as per photo).
As a mother, I feel good that my kids are breathing in fresh air every time they are in their rooms (even if their windows are closed). They

I have noticed a big difference since riteflo was installed in my bathroom. It takes a lot sooner to dry out and there is much less dampness generally. So simple and so effective
