For a lot of Australians, accessing high speed Internet is still seemingly impossible and out of reach. Great result from Signal Fox! We live in an area that has very bad internet coverage. Geoff was polite, let me know that he was running late, and was very helpful talking me through the set up once it was done. Our internet speeds are amazing now! Just a couple of small issues, I didn't really appreciate his snipe while leaving about not bringing up any more southerners because they are driving up property prices, which is not very accurate. Not really professional to make comments like that to paying customers! Have also called him twice with a couple of quick questions. No reply! All in all,

Beware this company! They quoted $2290 ended up charging $3700 for a mobile phone signal booster (we live in a regional area). - and the previous person who lived in our house told us that a system that cost half of the original quote worked just fine! Repeated requests for a full explanation of what was installed and the charges was repeatedly ignored.

We organised for James to sort reception for our place and add another antenna outlet and do a similar job for friends who own the house opposite ours. Both jobs were sorted with relative ease and I am glad to say there were no unnecessary items sold on us. The previous antenna service our friends called in had tried to sell them a much taller mast and larger antenna but James sorted the problem by replacing a corroded masthead amplifier and a few metres of extremely decayed cable.
