I contacted Star Outdoor after not being able to download a price list. I received a reply stating that the prices would be up the following week but I could get a rough price if I sent further info, which I did. I also sent photos of what we were after. I never received a reply
I then sent a follow up email almost two weeks later asking if the price was available. Again, no reply. All up I have contacted four times and still not received the information I requested and seven weeks later they still don’t have the prices on their site.

I have used Star Outdoor for our organisations promotional products for the past few seasons. In 2017 we decided to add table cloths and pull up banners to our set up. Not only do Star Outdoor provide top quality products, the service that Julia and her team are able to provide, is the reason we will continue to use Star Outdoor.
Although a Queensland company, Star Outdoor has always set reasonable deadlines and delivered every time to us in Newcastle!
