Thought all the photos our baby's first year were lost, but the iPhone guys were able to retrieve all the data off the phone and it didn't cost anywhere near what I thought it would! Absolutely would recommend. Couldn't speak more highly if I tried. Time and time again they help me out, with both technical support (they don't even charge for it!)
Unfortunately, times have changed since the day we would repair items instead of throwing them away & buying new. We live in a world now of planned obsolescence where it generally costs more to repair most items (if they can be repaired at all) than to replace them. That's not only costing us more, but it's a massive waste of the earth's resources.

Having previously used the services of the iPhone Guy in Geelong, I was pleasantly surprised when I found out about the opening of this store, which is closer to home. Different location, however the same great service was still on offer and at a competitive price. Hoping to not ever need to use their services again, but would happily do so if need be.
