I just did the Vedic Meditation course with Rich from the Meditation Spot and the whole course was delivered in such a no-nonsense, tangible way that I felt was important. Rich has taught me a technique that has changed my whole meditation practice. I look forward to doing it, I feel the benefits as I am wanting to do it daily and if the wheels fall off for a bit I can easily pick it up again. Basically he takes all the pressure off. There is also great follow up and check ins and Rich offers really helpful tips for staying on track. The best investment in my health I have ever made.

Rich is an excellent teacher and a wonderful human as well. His background, teaching style and easy going personality made the whole experience of learning vedic meditation very enjoyable for me. Rich continues to inspire me each month with his follow ups and I feel like I am safely held in this practice with an experienced, wise and yet joyful guide.
