We are delighted with our new Slimline tank and Hyjet 600 pump. The tank is very attractive and came at the best price we could find. Terrible, paid in full upfront, long delivery time. When the tank was eventually delivered the ball valve was missing. Texted to tell them on 20 January as no one was answering their phone. Never had a reply, the driver said he would report it and get them to send out the valve, absolutely nothing, no contact no valve. We had to go out and purchase a valve do we could use the tank.

Terrible service 3 week waiting time for a tank ended up being 9 weeks, with no phone call no email nothing, when the tank finally arrived they the nerve to send the invoice two days later saying it was “over due“ Absolutely hopeless!!
I need another two tanks but definitely won’t be using them again.

We recently built our acreage and we wanted to get a rainwater tank plumbed in but looking at the builders prices is was going to be very expensive. I began searching around and found Blue Heeler Tanks and discussed my options with them. As we have no access to full pressure water we needed a good sized rain water tank and pump for the whole house. They recommended a couple of 10k gal tanks and an Inox pump for the house.
