I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Some time ago I supported a friend going into aged care with the purchase of a second hand lazy boy chair …. They were so good to deal with. Yesterday a minor problem arose with the control, Tasman could not have been more helpful….. we are fully satisfied customers and recommend this company to all.

My wife and I purchased 2 single xl adjustable beds from Tasman at Complete Comfort in 2008. We shopped around before choosing; there were cheaper options, but these seemed the best quality and value. We have used them continuously ever since and have never regretted that decision.
My wife has never had any issue with her bed, but recently mine developed a problem. Not the bed’s fault, more to do with 13 years of my 150+ Kgms! As soon as I contacted Tasman, not only did he remember us, but he also overcame some significant AusPost issues to get the part I needed to Victoria.

If there were more stars, I would award them. This small family business is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of making a purchase from for anything. Buying a chair for Mum who is 93 was looking like being quite a task but finding this business (but really you found us) has been GOLD! Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for going way above and beyond with your service and supply of mum's beautiful chair. My next purchase is already in the pipeline. We chose complete comfort because they offered the service we were looking for in purchasing an electric bed after being used to a water bed for 40 plus years and we were not disappointed.
Tasman and his staff went beyond expectations to look after our needs and we were amazed at the customer service they offered, the staff treated us like family and nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely fabulous to deal with. Purchased adjustable split queen bed.
Tasman was very knowledgeable; explained everything.
Price was good and bed was delivered on time as promised.
Delivery and installation people were very polite, friendly and helpful.
Had to call them back for a slight problem. Once again they arrived on time and fixed the issue.
