Express Post your device to us, with a self addressed mail sachel inside, and we'll receive it usually the next day. We repair your device the same day we receive it and send it back with your self addressed sachel. Depending on your location you should receive it the next day, however a tracking number will be emailed where possible.

My experience with crackfix Nowra over the last few months has been horrible. I originally went to get my broken screen fixed then just over a month later the lcd screen started bleeding colours. I called and asked if he could fix it as he had only just given me a new screen. He then told me they only had a 1 month warranty so I had to pay for another screen. Now a month later my screen is doing the same thing with no cracks, i went onto the website to checkout the warranty where it said 3 months!! I called and he said it is not under warranty because "I broke it" even though the screen has not

Great guys. They have rescued my equipment 3 times now. iPhone and iPad twice. Fast efficient professional service. Highly recommend using their service. If I break it or drop it now I just go straight to them. Especially Simon, but all are super helpful.
