Services
Our 2 barrel slushie machine comes with base mix included with machine hire, extra mixes available separately. We have many flavours to choose from, as well as quite a few cocktail recipes you may want to try. If we don't have the flavour you want, give us about 2 weeks notice, and we will try and get it in for you.
Not only do we have a party hire section to our business, we also have an extensive range of balloons and party supplies. Our extensive range of party supplies, include disposable plates, cutlery, tablecloths, serviettes and napkins, all in many different colours to help you colour co-ordinate your function should you require to do so.
We even have a large Eco-friendly range to suit all your party needs. Check out our amazing Eco-friendly range of plates, cups and cutlery! From the bulk packs made from sugarcane pulp (that don't get soggy with food), to our wood and palm leaf range. Having a party with a specific colour theme? We can certainly help with that.
All goods hired remain the property of Down South Party Hire, and it would be appreciated if due care was taken during the transport and use of said goods. The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage to goods from time of pick up or delivery, until returned to store or collected by DSPH staff The cost of damage or shortages will be charged to the Hirer.
Deliveries are done on Friday (sometimes Thursday if busy), and pick-ups on Monday. Precise times cannot be given. Extra charges apply for weekend delivery and/or pickup. As easy access as possible must be provided for delivery and pick-up, i.e. cars not in driveway, obstacles removed from pathways and marquee erection area.

Never again. Went in over two months ago to check what I needed to do to confirm supplies would be available today for a 100th birthday surprise. On that day, after initially being told to remove my Assistance dogs from the shop, was assured everything would be available on the 8th of Jan 22. When I went in today to get balloons etc, leaving AD's in the car to avoid any abuse, was told that the helium tanks were all out. Edit: so as per your 'normal' cancellation policy, even if the business decides to cancel, the consumer has to endeavour the charges? I understand that the situation with Covid-19 affects your business, but there is no reason as to why your customers should be out of pocket for it.
Received a call stating that they have been exposed to covid and I won't be able to proceed with the hire for my chairs and table on Saturday (it is Wednesday as I am writing this). Obviously this is understandable and a fair reason. However it is not a fair reason to not refund me my booking fee. The cancellation policy
