In July 2020 I completed the build of a home with Dwyer Quality Homes for investment on the Sunshine Coast and was assisted through the process by Jason Dwyer from Dwyer Property Investments. I wish to thank Jason and the team at Dwyer for their professional service, advice and excellent workmanship. Dwyers made the process very easy from the land purchase through to design and building phase. My build supervisor Stuart was always available and every question answered promptly by the team. The finished product was excellent and has now passed into the hands of Dwyer Homes to manage the property

As a first time investor, I haven't had in-depth knowledge about the whole process of building an investment home in QLD. Jason was so helpful since our first chat a year ago. He explained everything and he was always available to my queries over the phone and email at every stage of the building. We recently purchased an investment home through Dwyer Quality Homes. Despite living interstate in a remote area of Australia, the entire process from start to finish was simple and easy. Jason and Hayden made themselves available for any enquiries if required and put our minds at ease throughout the entire build process. The three year rental guarantee also provides added ease of mind. I bought my first investment property from Dwyer. Jason has been very helpful since the beginning. Many people (and businesses) are simply want to get your money (especially investment) and then leaving you in the dark afterwards, but Jason looked after me and even guided me all the way (even gave me some financial tips).
