It is the 12th of January today and installers have just been to our place to install an oven which we purchased from Rick Hart on the third of November
Shocked to discover that the oven does not function and keeps switching itself off
The installers were great, I could not fault them and if I knew their business name I would give them a great review
Rick Hart when contacted asked me if I would want someone to come out and fix the oven
An oven I have never even used
I declined the offer and sent it back

We have been incredibly impressed with the high standard of customer service at Hart & Co., before, during and after purchase. They really go the extra mile for you. Sales staff look after the client (on price and otherwise) and are not only informative, but offer truly helpful advice as they know the products so well. We never felt pressured and were supported in our choices and delivery of the appliances every step of the way. The chance to see cooking appliances in action prior to making decisions was amazing! We would highly recommend Hart & Co. to anyone looking for new kitchen appliances

I needed a new washing machine urgently. I knew I could trust the staff at Hart & Co to recommend the right machine for me and have it delivered ASAP. I had a phone consult with a customer service expert and my machine was delivered and installed 24 hours later. It still makes me happy every time I turn it on. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I was welcomed at the self.opening door by the lovely Jayd who offered assistance in a friendly and professional manner. As I wondered around all the fantastic displays I was offered a drink of water or coffee etc and helpful hints on the items of interest from Greg, 1 of the many sales reps. The displays are excellent of working appliances and the working kitchen and cooking classes are a stroke of Hart brilliance. Couldn't fault the experience and the prices are keen to make you think, do I really need to go anywhere else?

I purchased an kitchen appliance, at purchase staff were welcoming and wondeful.
The appliance was delivered and was not operational.
I went into the showrooms with my receipt and spoke with the same sales staff, who told me the item I purchased was now second hand and they would only return half the purchase price.
There was no discussing this any furthur. He walked away and other staff members would not help.
I contacted the appliance company and they picked up the appliance and returned my money in full.

I purchased all of my kitchen appliances through Hart and Co. recently. Greg Dalton assisted me and I am so lucky he did. Greg explained everything about the latest technology without confusing me, gave me the best prices he could without me even asking (I compared these elsewhere and Hart and Co. were definitely the best), and communicated regularly after purchase to keep me advised as to ETA of my appliances. I will always return and would not hesitate to recommend both Greg and Hart and Co. Thankyou Greg :)

I booked in an appliance consultation with the lovely team at Hart & Co. From the moment I walked in I felt super well looked after, but also comfortable. They really took the time to get to know the brief of what I was doing, and also didn't try and over sell me on the products. The selection was well within my budget, and as I am renovating to eventually sell, this was important. They made buying appliances fun. I would highly recommend anyone looking to fit out an entire kitchen to book in and see the team there.
