Cons is very small play area, no pool .
Point:
They keep locked their toilets and issue one key.

We were camping at this place for 5 nights. Well maintained site & the campus with clean communal kitchen, activity centre including table tennis. We were astonished to see a full-fledged library which is a first. Great location just 7 minutes away from Mills beach.

Possibly the cleanest caravan park we’ve been in to date. While it is a little dated it’s exceptionally clean, tidy and well maintained. Kudos to the owners. We were shown to our site which is separated by hedging (great to have a little privacy), it was quiet and the facilities are fantastic - games room with pool and table tennis, a reading room and good little kitchen as well as bbq facilities and a small park for children. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful. The Park is so lush with plants and birds you feel you are in the tropics. The gardens well maintained. The amenities are just lovely, clean, updated. The games room has something for everyone, they even have a reading room. Definitely a place to lay your hat for awhile.

A warm greeting by the owner (who also had a good sense of humour) where we were shown to our tent campsite for the night and facilities pointed out to us.
The park facilities are clean (i saw cleaners in the early am), and the games room has a decent pool table which entertained my kids for hours. Camp kitchen is as expected, and has everything needed to wash up, or cook on a small electric stove. Also a shared 'clean' upright fridge freezer to use.
We only stayed the one night in the tent, and would have stayed longer.
It is only 15 mins to drive to the Mornington main street, and beaches

We had our van on an ensuite site. Private area with hedges and the ensuite was clean and handy for us. The owner escorted us to our site and helped with backing onto the site which we thought was great. Really good library full of books and caravan mags. Close to all amenities.

An excellent well kept caravan park. Individual sights are large, private ( screened by manicured hedges), close to the many well kept amenities blocks. The management and staff are courteous and helpful with nothing is too much trouble attitude. I rate this as one of the best parks in Australia.
