My partner walked into this practice today asking for HELP, by any means whether it be, a mental health plan, medication there was nothing requested by my partner other then HELP! not only did this doctor refuse help but his conduct was disgusting, making my partner feel intimidated and helpless after making the brave step to ask for help and receive the proper medical he was expecting along with this practice values I am absolutely appalled by this doctor and hope no one endures the same traumatic experience as myself and my partner

Terrible service. The doctor didn't say hello, didn't introduce himself or even ask my name or symptoms. Told me to open my mouth. Listened to my chest and said you don't have pneumonia so just take panadol and come back if you don't get better. This was despite a fever of 40 degrees; dizziness and nausea for 24 hours although he didn't ask me any of this. The most he said to me was "you like 15 not 29"
Also prior to this we called in regards to the after hours home doctor advertised on their website to be told they have no idea what were talking about. When we arrived at the practice the home

Both my husband Philip & myself are patients of doctor Gary Singh & after receiving blood results for hubby within an hour doctor Gary was on the phone telling us to contact 000 & get an ambulance immediately, resulting in hubby having a quadruple heart bypass within a couple of days we can only thank him for his quick response in firstly requesting urgent blood tests & contacting us to seek emergency assistance. The after care from doctor Gary was amazing, we highly recommend him to any future patients.

Rang up to make an appointment to get COVID Injection, Recorded message says for a booking press 1, all other enquiries press 2. So press 1, guess what? If you wish to make a COVID injection booking you need to press 2. So had to ring back and press 2.
Rang back, pressed 2, spoke to young person who lacks the skills of Customer Service. Only times available is 9:45 / 1:15 take it or leave it.
Do Doctors realise that people work for a living. Why can you not have a late afternoon timeslot?

Yeah, I agree with comments on here that this is a terrible practice. I came once for myself when I had severe eczema on my legs and asked for a cream I used to use to relieve the pain. The doctor was more interested in my weight problem and I found that disgusting. He is a terrible Dr and actually owns the place. His demeanor is not worthy of someone who cares. Don't waste your time going here.

The male doctor is so weird and speaks in soo low voice. and when I ask him about the cause of my pains, he even cannot give me an
answer but he does give me the medicine.
when you don't know why I will feel painful，how do you give me the medicine？during the process，he is soooo impatient！he wants me to go out quickly . that is so rude！
do not go to this clinic!!!!!!
two days later，I go to the another clinic. they told me it is the side effect of the medicine which help me to reduce the risk of infection.
and I just realize it is the same medicine which the doctor of rainbow health
answer but he does give me the medicine.

Would not recommend at all. Booked an appointment for midday. Arived early to fill out the paperwork. Waited until 130 and still hadn't been seen, asked why and was told that the receptionist didn't mark me as arrived. They did offer to give me a later appointment but I Had to leave without being seen as i had other appointments that day.

After waiting ages to be seen for my appointment, I finally get seen by the doctor that is rude.
I've been suffering from a extremely painful sore back, I'm walking with a hunch and my lower back is swollen with a large lump only to be told that I'm faking it and that I should just walk it off..... he didn't even look at my back. I didn't ask for pain killers, I only asked what may cause this and should I have a scan done because it's swollen and I have a lump..... I felt like he didn't know what he was talking about and didn't care about anyone.

Went to this practice last night for two of my children who were not feeling well. Arrived at the practice few minutes earlier, there were no other patients in the practice when we got there and been told by the receptionist that there is someone with the doctor at the moment and we are the next once he is done. There was only one doctor on duty in the practice who is actually a friend of us and we know him personally. Sat in the waiting room to be called in. Two other patients also arrived while we were waiting. 10, 15, 20 minutes later we were still waiting, checked again with the receptionist
