This cattery is designed like a prison. It hosts too many cats who can all see and hear each other through their cages. I chose this place on the recommendation of a blog post by my vet. Never again. The only advantage has been how snuggly and cuddly my cat has been upon his return. He came back a lot happier from a different cattery six months earlier (same length of time).
