Today's dentures are not like the ones your grandparents had - they are more comfortable and natural looking than they have ever been in the past. At Advance Oral we offer a Professional Consultation, book an appointment, where we can discuss the denture options that best suit your needs. We can help with full dentures, partial dentures, implant retained and immediate dentures, and everything in between.
The reason for a denture reline, is that the base of the denture is no longer a close fit to the gums on which it rests, which can cause rocking, trauma, pain and looseness. This is generally caused by small changes that have occur in your gum tissue over a period of time. Soft reline - this is, as the name suggests a softer lining inside the lower denture which improves comfort in situations where a conventional hard acrylic can be sore.
Although dentures are made of a remarkably resilient material, they don't respond well to sudden, hard forces such as being dropped onto porcelain sinks or tiled floors. No matter how careful you are with your dentures, accidents can happen and may find yourself unable to wear your denture. We offer a "Repair While You Wait" service, with repairs generally taking around 1 hour to be completed.
An implant retained denture replaces one or more single teeth and is held in place by dental implants secured within the bone of the jaw. Implant retained dentures provide better ability to eat and enjoy foods like steak, raw fruits and vegetables. At Advance Oral we work closely with the dentist placing the implants to ensure that you have the best possible experience with your new dentures.

Thanks heaps Darren for absolute BRILLIANT work. After loosing my front tooth in 2018, I was always very self conscious of my poor fitting partial denture plate, however you restored my confidence when I received my absolutely brilliantly fitting denture plate today. It's an absolutely life changing decision to come to you for help, after an extremely tumultuous year with different health issues. New upper denture was good but the reline turned out terrible. Darren put in a temporary reline to try and fix the problem but it was worse with bits of the product sticking into my mouth. And he put a no gap charge through my private health for that service where I believe there should have been no charge. I have been through pain, discomfort and embarrassment (with the denture droping when I talk) so I am going elsewhere to have a new denture made.

Having lost several teeth due to sporting mishaps and being relatively young it's important to me to have a great set of dentures. I first used Advanced Oral 6 years ago when an existing set of dentures broke just before i went on holiday. Darren ensured they were repaired so I could go on holiday with a smile on my face. Since then I have had a new set made which have been extremely comfortable. This week I made an appointment to have a new set made as my current set are over 3 years old. Darren could have easily made me a new set but was honest enough to say there was nothing wrong with my dentures
