All apartments are fully furnished. Gas and electricity, WIFI, linen, laundry facilities, and TV are also provided, with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments are NOT serviced. However, if you would like a daily or weekly cleaning service just speak to your guest manager and we can arrange regular cleaning with extra cost.

It's a scam, you can check for yourselves.
After seeing several bad comments from them on facebook and google I did not want to pay with a transfer, and since we were in Sydney, we asked to go to pay to their office (ghost office)
By email they wrote me that they were not scammers and that we could go and pay their office.
When I answer them:
Ok, write me a valid address, because google maps does not come out or build or anything.
They did not answer me anymore.
Watch out!!!
They ask for bail what it costs a week's rent, and I found out that many of them, are still waiting for the deposit
