I was impressed initially at their facebook ad as it showed the cleaning done in real time with videos of before and afters. The carpets in the rental I was in was obviously not done to standard previously and we just learned to live with the stained and dirty carpet. My fiance and I were thoroughly impressed with Sams work, efficiency and the carpet came up basically new, also had pest control done and what do you mean the spiders and other bugs started exiting from random crevices. I highly recommend this company. I wish I took before pictures but it was heavily stained

Josh just did such an amazing job of cleaning my downstairs room after a broken pipe flooded the room. I did not think he could save the carpet but he did. Unknown to us... our neighborhood birds decided to build a nest in our roof and much to our dismay, brought with them an army of unwanted guests who decided to take over my daughters room and our study nook.The evening of the hostile take over, on the verge of burning the room down, my husband reached out to Sam from Best1Cleaning who came to our rescue the very next day. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this service. We hired them to do a 1 year pest control spray and within 3 months pests were beginning to come back in our house (big cockroachs and spiders etc). We attempted to make contact to discuss this with them when the pests first began appearing but have had no luck getting through to the company.… We have emailed them multiple times to the email on their website which only bounces back as undeliverable. We have called dozens of times over the months that followed and the phone is not answered. 1 month ago I managed to get an answer after
