Josie has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults and has trained at Orygen, The National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health, the world's leading research and knowledge translation organisation focusing on mental ill-health in young people.

Her extensive experience in complex mental health problems, allows her to utilise evidence based approaches to manage mental disturbances and allow people to overcome obstacles in their lives.10+ years of business management experience, within legal and community service industries. Josie is registered as an N.D.I.S Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner, offering individualised and tailored assistance to manage behavioural problems in individuals of all ages.
Josie is registered with The Australian Government's for Helping Children with Autism (HCWA) package. This initiative provides support for children aged 0 - 6 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), their families and carers. The package covers a range of initiatives and services, including funding for behaviour therapy.
