Building a new home can be a daunting process. Here at Bristoldawn Construction we can guide you every step of the way making it an enjoyable process with a rewarding and successful outcome. On average for a standard size custom home using regular building materials the process of design, approvals and construction will take around 1 year broken down into 6 months for pre-construction and 6 months for construction.

Bristoldawn's George Copping worked with my Dad and I to custom design an amazing space that is far beyond any regular Granny Flat. The work from initial thoughts, to the design stage to the final build was made very easy. We were guided and consulted at every step along the way.
