I should have gotten a blind person to do my nails because I can guarantee they would have done a better job than this place. Unless you want nails that crack, top layer peels off, and chipping away in 6 days after you get them done, do not go to this place. Not only did they do a terrible job but they were so overpriced. My SNS FILL IN, no manicure, not a file down or making my nails neat, JUST the dip and leave that took 20 minutes, cost $55. This place is absolutely terrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would but sadly for their benefit they get one.

Have been going to salon for a year and last 2 visits I have had to wait up to a hour!
I have made appointments and made to wait up to a hour as obviously they have taken walk ins and got behind so appointments have had to wait.
Communication is extremely poor and they turn nasty if you don’t understand what they are trying to say.
I won’t ever go back and wouldn’t recommend especially if making a appointment.
I tip every appointment once finished but obviously not appreciated

I had my Acrylics done after a terrible job at a salon in Brisbane- Karen did my Acrylic set and did it amazingly. They must of thought I was mad as I couldn’t stop going on about them - but they were fantastic

Booked for myself and two friends, when we arrived one of our friends had to wait 20 mins to be started as they kept taking in other people. charged us all extra for "longer" nails that really arent that long, an extra $20 for nails that are barley even 2cm in length, overpriced for the rushed job and the shaping was incorrect. was told i cant scratch my face til i leave the store even after i paid for them, one staff in particular just seemed so rude to customers. only had my overpriced nails for a week, was gently scratching my arm and my nail ripped off, similar happened to my friends, at least

Firstly, if l could give you a NO star, it would be a satisfying response. Overly priced for the poor service received, in total it took 2 hours for an amateurish finish, but one would expect perfection.
However, the male who did my nails did his best, but it wasn't good enough or close to being a perfect result which was exactly what l expected. Nails look crooked and the acrylics are on an angle and polish is patchy, sides of nails catch on clothes, basically they look like ugly, boring, crooked picket fences and far from pretty natural looking nails and mind you l have nice nails but l wanted

Just left my first visit at Eve Nails and all I can say is WOW. They are friendly, professional, on time and my nails are incredible. Can’t wait to go back for my next visit. Highly recommend this business, could not fault it. Five stars is not enough :)

This is the manicure I paid $35 for at Eve Nail Lounge at Pacific Fair today. I think the pictures speak for themselves. But if you want to know more, read on.
I booked a manicure for a friend and I as something special to do for her birthday. We arrived at the time of our booking. They asked us what our booking was for, then confirmed whether we were getting gel nails or normal nails done. We told them we wanted normal nail polish. We were then left waiting at the entrance.
Eventually, we were taken to our seats. The paper covering the arm rests had not been changed; both were visibly soiled
