Amazing service and quality eyelash extensions every single time! The ladies are fantastic and very skilled and take into consideration the look you’re after with curl and lengths. The salon is clean and truly calming when you step in for your appointments, I almost fell asleep a few times in the super comfy chairs! The whole process is easy and straightforward from booking to after care. I will always come back to i-Lashes other places don’t come close on lash quality and value!

Went here for my first set of lash extensions and haven't been anywhere else!! Loved the way they turned out and the service is always top tier. Thee most comfy seats and so relaxing I find myself dozing off without even realising .. and they don't make you feel bad for accidentally snoring either haha Cannot recommend enough :)

I first went to i-lashes last year to have my eyelash extensions done and was amazed by how comfortable and clean the salon was and how lovely all the staff are. The girls worked with me over a few refills to work out the best amount of curl for my eye shape. I went back yesterday after taking a break from extensions and they already knew what I wanted and did it perfectly. Super happy with the results as always.

They are so friendly (particularly the eyelash technician Joanna); the studio is alway super clean and they are always on time. The lashes are always noticeable but natural (I have been asked several times if they are my natural lashes because they do not look fake at all!!). Great service an I am a returning customer!

I have been a regular at i-Lashes for nearly a year now and couldn't be happier with how my lashes look and the service I receive during treatments. i-Lashes are always running on time, which means I can come in during my lunch break if I need to. Sivia is my usual stylist and does an amazing job! Not to mention she is so lovely, professional and always makes me feel at ease. I have been to other stylists at the salon when I've left it a little late to book with Sivia and I have been completely happy with their work too. The salon is very clean, the chairs are comfy and the atmosphere is so relaxing

This is my second time getting lashes and these ladies are amazing. My first set (from elsewhere) had clumping and were too heavy that I was always quite bothered by them. I just got my new set from I-lashes… and honestly, they feel like my normal lashes. I read in the FAQ that it would be like this, but seriously, it’s totally the truth. My lash tech (Amy?) was so lovely and really listened. I’m really glad I’ve found this place and I’ll be back soon! Thanks again!

I had the loveliest lash experience here! I was quite nervous to get my lashes done after a bad experience with another clinic, but I am so glad this was the place I chose. Sylvia was so kind, always asking how I was feeling and checking in with progress and was beyond professional. My lashes look fabulous. The clinic is so cute and despite being hidden in queen street, it is a complete gem. Will definitely be coming back.

I had an eyelash extension here and Irene totally amazed me with her work. I couldn't believe how amazing my eyelashes look afterwards. Everyone here was also very friendly and the service was amazing. I will definitely visit frequently here.
