Abany Bayside Ocean Villas are privately owned by local residents, Glen & Carol Bergersen. Our aim is to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in our villas and to get the most from their holiday whilst in Albany. The Dining and the Albany Attractions and Activities guides are excellent resources for our visitors to help plan their holiday and to involve themselves in some of the wonderful experiences Albany has to offer.

Each villa is fully self-contained with reverse cycle air conditioning, have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets, a fully functional kitchen, lounge, laundry, private courtyard/BBQ area with undercover parking and extra parking for additional cars, boats and trailers.We are flexible with our rates.

A number of the facilities provided in our villas have been from the feedback from our guests. The guest reviews and comments listed come from our guest books in the villas, from text messages, email messages and verbal comments that we have received from our guests. Second visit for us! First time for honeymoon and now anniversary.
A deposit of one night accommodation is required at time of booking with the balance of payment due two weeks before arrival. Credit cards are processed through a secured site and a receipt is generated automatically and emailed to guests. Full refund less $150 cancellation fee for cancellations received more than 14 days prior to check-in.
