Recently, a corner of the ceiling in my kitchen had mould and one of water taps was leaking. Luckily I got Michael to come in time. He quickly found out the reason of mould and tap leaking and fixed them efficiently. He also gave me some practical maintenance tips. I highly recommended his good quality plumbing service. He is a very nice person, considerate and easy to communicate. I am going to use him for my toilet replacement soon.

I called Silva towards the end of the work day with a busted tap, after calling around to other plumbers who were unavailable or charged an eye watering amount. When I called, Michael asked for pictures of the tap to diagnose the issue, and walked me through patiently on how to fix it. I am so grateful to Michael for helping me fix my tap myself, and upskilling me in the process. Will definitely be going to Michael for any future issues!

Helped me connect my fridge to the tap for constant water plumbing over the phone for free! This bloke was truly amazing. Called him for a quote and got the initial price; asked lots of really good questions to help ensure he provided me a specific quote. He was super friendly! Called another company for a quote; they were around the same price but weren't as detailed or friendly. Called him back and he actually walked me through how to do the install over the phone, covering off on where most people go wrong! Michael is a fantastic person to deal with and really cares about his customers. We had several leaking issues due to a relatively new roof installation in the Deakin area. Michael attended site promptly, provided advice over the phone and suggested long term rectification issues which have been completed in a timely fashion. I appreciate all the Michael has been able to do for our home and would highly recommend him to anyone.
