Many parents are well aware of the specific milestones that our children should reach during the first eighteen months of life however there are several important growth and development factors that must be evaluated in each child during the first decade of life.
CEREC is a way of creating ceramic restorations in the form of inlays, onlays or crowns using the CAD-CAM technology immediately after preparation of the tooth. The traditional way of making the inlay, onlay or crown seeing our patients have to wait for two weeks while their ceramic tooth being made at the lab.
Tooth coloured resin restorations are best used on small areas of decay or in the replacement of small amalgam fillings. Small tooth coloured restorations can restore your teeth to their original appearance and strength. In addition, these restorations are also very conservative (relative to amalgam restorations), enabling preservation of more healthy tooth structure.
Naturally, the effect of tooth loss varies from person to person. Without the tooth, the bone around the lost tooth gradually recedes (as it is no longer required to support the tooth), often remaining teeth shift, chewing becomes difficult, lips and cheeks lose support and often appear sunken with time.

I have had work performed at this practise over a period of time that cost a decent sum of money seeing a root canal operation performed and crown applied to the broken tooth. The root canal did not work and the crown that was fitted broke within a month of its fitting. I booked yet another appointment to get them to fix their previous work and their response was for $800 they could rip the tooth out. They then spent the remainder of the consultation telling me I grind my teeth and trying to sell me a splint...when I rebooked to have the tooth removed, they couldnt do it as the root was so infected
