Jesse made me feel confident in his abilities right from the first contact. Prompt response to my email and a great phone conversation. He has helped us navigate the process of leasing out our first investment property during these trying Covid impacted times. Always replies to emails in a timely and professional manner. I feel everything is well organised and managed. He had tenants in days after we took possession of our property. Highly recommend.

As a first-time tenant, I cannot recommend Verdi Property Management highly enough. Jesse has been so efficient and professional, but also very kind throughout a seamless process. Not only does he maintain a positive relationship with the landlords, but he makes a point of building a positive relationship with the tenants too. Renting out my house with Verdi Property has been a seamless process. All of the necessary preparations were organised and taken care of by Jesse and the house was advertised and a contract signed with a very quick turn around of less than a week.
