Services
We are conveniently open 7 days (except public holidays) with a 24 hr emergency on call service. So you can always be seen even if your usual dentist is not available. We endeavour to fit dental emergencies in on the same day. Each provider has expertise in a particular field.
So at the practice you are cared for by a general dentist of your choosing, who may occasionally call upon other providers in the practice to assist in your care in their particular area of expertise.For example, implants, root canals, dentures or surgery are carried out by those who use their skills on a daily basis.

We love healthy mouths and our dental care philosophy begins with education and prevention. Our preventive services and check-up recall periods vary from 3 to 18 months, tailored to suit different needs at different life stages.
St Ives Dental Group is accredited according to The National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and is one of a few accredited dental practices in New South Wales. Accreditation provides our patients with the assurance that they receive a consistently high level of safe and quality care.

They did not solve the problem but created another issue for my teeth, after which they try to rip me off by making a simple issue a big deal. I ended up with visiting BUPA dentist located inside the shopping centre to get the problem fixed (and note it was a quick and easy fix and i did not pay any out of pocket money with BUPA, but i have wasted hundreds of dollars with St Ives Dental Group). Will not recommend this dentist clinic to any of my friends who lives around this area, especially not Dr. Ramesh and Dr. Yolanda.

As a customer for nearly 20 years, I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. After booking in for a root canal, 24 hours before I have had 8 calls, 2 voice mails and 1 email to confirm my appointment (including a threat of a $90 cancellation fee). Unfortunately due to a busy work schedule I wasn’t able to immediately respond. I called back asking to re schedule my appointment and I was greeted with the ‘Practice Manager’ telling me that she doesn’t want to tell me what do to but not to re schedule and as it has been 1.5 months since booking and that my teeth were likely to fall
