The Meditation Space is open to anyone who wants to learn the practice of meditation or yoga. Here you will find classes and workshops with experienced teachers in Meditation, Yoga, TaiChi, Earth-based Spirituality and more. There is access to quality facilitation to guide you in finding your authentic self; counselling for those experiencing grief and loss, and opportunities that will support you to change your life - one breath at a time.
Electives in Earth-based Mindfulness, Meditation for schools, Meditation for Grief and Loss, Meditation in Corporate and Community Settings, Living Mindfulness. You will be qualified to work as a professional meditation teacher with a deep understanding of the practice and how to teach to change lives one breath at a time.
The Meditation Space teachers provide holistic care and are focused on the client in their entirety; they consider the physiological and psychological as parts of a greater whole, and regards the mind, body and spirit as fundamentally interconnected.
