Be careful. Got them out because my unit was not heating or cooling properly. Was told it was the motherboard so replaced it at a cost of $750. Turns out it is not the motherboard it is another problem. The original problem still exists. Will never use them again.

From start to finish the experience could not be faulted every thing was explained in detail on inspection and then the serviceman took you through every detail for reassurance. We went with the Mitsubishi units which you wouldn’t even know they are running they are so quiet inside and out. I was also impressed on the high standard of workmanship

We just had our old ducted system replaced with a big Panasonic Inverter. It was a big job getting all the old components removed, upgrading ducting and installing the new system, but they got it done within a day. Big thanks for all your hard work guys - we're over the moon with the end result. Prompt, professional service and all at a highly competitive price. Will definitely recommend The Split System Guy to anyone needing aircon work done.

Awesome service, pricing and installation. The tech who came to quote was very thorough and informative. The 2 guys who installed the 2 air cons were professional, friendly and did an awesome job. Didn't leave any mess and were great to deal with. The pricing was unbeatable and options given for different bands was awesome. Very happy!
