In that time, he has conducted numerous leadership and management workshops, specialising in strategic planning for small to medium sized firms. Steve has also completed an instructors course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and balances his significant commercial acumen with an acute understanding of challenges that face business owners, both professionally and personally.
