ASI Building Systems is one of Australia's longest standing designers and manufacturers of premium pre-engineered/pre-fabricated steel structures and buildings. ASI is founded on more than 40 years' industry experience in design, construction and project management of quality custom buildings. Your customised steel structure will be designed and built in accordance with the Building Code of Australia.

Customised design and quoting software makes us fast, accurate and efficient in the creation of quotes, architectural presentations, bill of quantities and engineering drawings for your project. Our customers enjoy an even more responsive service. Warning: A large percentage of 'Engineered' sheds on the Australian market DON'T COMPLY with current engineering standards and practices.
ASI uses BlueScope COLORBOND, an innovative and versatile building material that's available in a range of modern colours. The COLORBOND steel range offers a great range of colours and benefits, including durability and strength, as well as being termite and corrosion resistant. Convenient warranties are also available.
This warehouse with ancillary office has a total area of 2,880sq.m and is constructed of precast concrete tilt up panels and structural steel. Making a statement with its high standard of architectural design, detail and finishes, this building also received comment from the client's quantity surveyor that its warehouse roof, a design developed under direction of ASI Build, is one of the most cost effective they have seen.
