We have started our new sample packs to resolve this issue by giving you a cheap and easy alternative to find the correct products. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Having recently laid a large Eco-friendly deck I was horrified that our outdoor chairs had scratched it! Really impressed with the service I received. I ordered some samples, then I received a courtesy call from Chair & Table Tips Australia to ask about my chairs and deck to make sure I had chosen the right samples to try. They gave me an additional sample (something I hadn’t considered) just in case that would also work. When I decided on my chair tips and ordered, they sent a few extras so I have some spares. The product itself is high quality and exactly what we needed to protect our deck from scraping chair legs.
