We have never had more education, greater technical knowledge and better compliance than we have in the financial services sector today - yet often communication and engagement skills are lacking. After 25 years of fine tuning my own client engagement process in the personal risk advice space, I started my consultancy in 2004 because I felt I could make a difference to any financial advisers who either lacked a methodology or had gaps in their process when offering risk advice to their clients.

Over the next 10 years (from the age of 23 to 33), I built a personal client base of around 400 clients and recruited, trained, motivated and managed a team of 14 brokers from scratch. Then in 1989, the company I was working for in the UK decided to open an office in Sydney and asked for volunteers to set it up and run it, of which I was one of 12.
My Video Training Programmes allow you to access the knowledge I share in my face to face one-day workshops online, in your own time and at your own pace. There are four training programmes to choose from, offering 5 to 6 hours of valuable content segmented into bite size sessions. This allows you to absorb the content at your own pace over a three month period.
