Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a effective form of self-defence for ground scenarios, and is a professional combat sport that you can learn. Parviz runs the best BJJ school in the area hands down! I've been to all the nearest schools and I can tell you that JJFA is the real deal. What I like best is that you feel like part of a community and one that is free from all the politics, patches and ripoff artists!
