I came to Penny for alterations on my wedding dress after a horrible experience with another alterations business and she put me at ease straight away. I had been told by the original alterations business that my dress would never fit the way I wanted it to, because of my body shape. Penny didn't hesitate and made my dress fit comfortably and look amazing by accentuating my body shape rather than criticising it. Thank you so much Penny! You will be on the top of my list for any alterations in future.

Unfortunately my experience with Penny alterations was a disappointing one. I took my dress to Penny and explained what I wanted done, if she wasn’t able to do it I would of expected her to tell me that she wasn’t able to. I then went to pick up my dress and all she did was put a couple of tiny bits of stitching in around my dress. She then said she will try and fix it again and expected me to wait another 40 mins while I had my kids in the car, I said I couldn’t wait and not to worry about it. She then still asked me to pay her half of the money for a job that wasn’t even done properly

Was recommended her by other brides, Im sure she is good at what she does but she is extremely rude when you are unable to pay deposit then & there, I asked to go down to the shops to get cash out for deposit as I didnt have the $100 cash on me, I was then thrown a piece of paper with her bank details to make transfer to which I replied 'i do not… have a phone on me" She then became frustrated and starting ripping the pins out of my dress and going off.. If you would have just let me go to the shops and get the deposit out you would of had $350 in your pocket for just doing the hem on

I was recommended penny to fix my gym pants that had 3 small holes on them. I messaged her this morning with photos of the holes, and asked if she was able to fix and I quote “some small holes” on my pants. She… quoted me $18 and basically demanded I go over right away. So I drove 10 mins into coomera waters and get to her house and begin showing her the holes. She then begins getting kind of what I assumed was annoyed and starts saying that it will be $30 to fix. She also started demanding that I pay up front. I asked if it was alright if I paid when I picked them up as my purse
