Primitive Stone Imports
Primitive Stone is a Mandurah based business in the Peel Region, which is approximately 100km south west of Perth CBD. Kevin's background is in wall plastering and through his creativity and attention to detail, he was recognized many times over the years by winning Craftsman Awards & numerous other awards for his work from The Master Builder's Association.

In 1996 we diversified into Liquid Limestone Paving and this is when Primitive Stone was launched. We run the two businesses side by side for a few years until we decided to concentrate on just Primitive Stone. This is when we designed and developed our mobile on site batching equipment with the help and expertise of Brian Bradshaw from Westurn Engineering.

Whatever style it is, we have the knowledge, expertise, team and creative ideas to fulfil your expectations from start to finish. Liquid Limestone Paving is a fantastic alternative to traditional paving and concrete as it does not absorb the heat, so therefore stays cool to touch and walk on during the hot summer months. This makes it ideal for Swimming Pool Surrounds. The other benefits of this product compared to traditional pavers are it doesn't move or sag due to excessive water or ants undermining the surface.
Exposed Aggregate Paving is very much in vogue for today's homes. It is extremely hard wearing compared to other forms of paving. It is stylish and clean so can complement any kind of home or area. The colors can be customized to suit your individual requirements.

It is poured and finished off in a 3 step process and the end result is absolutely stunning with the pebbles and quartz being exposed, then having a hard wearing sealer applied to the top coat to complete the look.
Will the liquid limestone crack? We take considerable measures when planning the pattern. We position and cut the control joints to minimise the risk of any cracking - but because it is a concrete based product, we cannot guarantee you will not get any cracks. We can only minimise the risk. If the limestone does crack it is normally only a hairline crack which is best left alone.
